Organizing Your Knitting and Crocheting Supplies

I use two cases for my knitting and crocheting supplies. Like quilting and other art forms, it is easy to lose track of all of the little gadgets you have. It was really important to me to find a case that would store ALL of my supplies. I wanted them all in the same case.

After looking at many options, I found these cases from Teamoy. The tall one stores my knitting needles and other supplies well enough. Then, the shorter case stores my crocheting supplies.

My knitting case stores my Bamboo and aluminum needles for my various projects. I like to have plenty of choices around in case a needle breaks or splinters. For instance, the Bamboo needles tend to get heavy when I use the with the bulkier yarns. It also depends on how wide the project is. The wider the project, the heavier it will be on the knitting needle. So, in these cases, I will move to the aluminum needles.

I am so happy with the crochet supply case. This two compartment case holds everything that I need. My needles are in there with scissors, tape measures, plastic markers and clippers; among other things. It’s amazing but it all fits in there!

Recently, I have been doing more projects. So, I needed to transition to needles that have a grip on the handle. So, I purchased a set of 14 needles by Yarniss. This needles are so great!!! They are not metal like my other crochet needles but the needle is sturdy with a good solid grip handle.

I will transition my most used grip bottom needles into my main crochet case. I don’t think I can fit the others in the main case. I will leave those in the Yarniss case. It is small enough.

So, overall I am happy with all of the cases and will stick with these for a while. The cases are lightweight, and are easy to carry around. Lastly, all these cases are reasonable in price for what you get.
